Shipping and tracking information is kept up to date as it changes. Order management capabilities are available to customers on the Customer Website, or by calling the Contact Center.

    Courteous, efficient, and effective support is an essential component of Synapze. Our in-house contact center supports phone, email and is completely bi-lingual (English and French), and features over 45 service advocates. We also have in-house IVR design. Web chat and social support is also available. In addition, call disposition is a standard report as part of our Synapze reporting.
